Orders placed before 16:00 in the EU on workdays will be send out on the same day.
Orders outside of Europe will be shipped within 5 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy
Items can only be returned within the return period of 14 days starting from the day you receive your order. Within this period you can review and try on your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be unworn, and tags must be attached. Items can not be stained by make up or have other signs of wear after trying them on.Sale items, special orders and custom jewellery can not be exchanged also earrings can not be returned due to hygienic reasons. If you wish to return these items, the packaging must be unopened.
Failure to comply with the terms of our return policy will result in us not being able to give you a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a note in your return package with your name, reason of return and bank details so we can refund your order.

When your item is delivered faulty or damaged please notify us within 48 hours from date of receipt. You can use the contact form on our website or email at firstname.lastname@example.org We will contact you about the return policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We don’t cover your shipping costs for returning a package to us, neither we can guarantee that we will receive your returned item; the package you wish to return is your responsibility until we receive it. We recommend you to use a track & trace shipping method and keep the proof of postage in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
